I accept cash, check, debit/credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

I currently accept Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford insurance plans. For out-of-network coverage, I can provide documentation (superbills) if you wish to submit for reimbursement.
