Welcome!

Hi! I'm Kelly (she/they). I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Austin, TX.

My approach to therapy blends warmth, creativity, curiosity, and humor. I'm passionate about creating space to help you navigate the heavy and difficult parts of life. My expertise lies in grief counseling, and I work with all different kinds of loss, including pet loss, partner loss, and parent loss. I’m also trained in EMDR and other types of trauma-informed modalities.

I currently work in private practice, and I see both individuals and couples. I enjoy working with teens (ages 13+) and young adults, adults, queer and trans folx, and neurodivergent clients with autism, ADHD, and/or OCD.

I have experience helping clients through issues like depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity exploration, low self-esteem, and existential dread.

In-Person and Virtual Availability

I see clients both in-person and online. My office is located near Central Austin, a bit north of Mueller. I’m available for in person sessions Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12pm-7:30pm. Thursday, I see clients online from 12pm-7:30pm.

Because I am only licensed in Texas, I unfortunately cannot see clients located in other states.

Why Start Therapy?

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. With me, it’s a collaborative space, shaped by your needs, your feedback, and what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can:

  • Safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations

  • Reflect on patterns, choices, and shifts needed to align with your values and purpose

  • Explore your identities, try on new ways of being, and express yourself fully

  • Rewrite personal narratives shaped by early messages and experiences

  • Let go of outdated coping tools and build new, supportive ones

  • Learn how to self-regulate when triggered and overwhelmed

  • Cultivate mindfulness, curiosity, and self-compassion

  • Face hard feelings like grief, fear, and shame with safety and care

  • Practice vulnerability and relationship repair

  • Stay accountable to your intentions and growth

  • Deepen your relationship with yourself and others

  • Laugh, play, create, move, and so much more!
